Selextgroup.com was born in 2018 as a solution for technological start-ups to externalize their own selection processes and human resources activities so a third party could carry them out while they focused solely on the development of their products.
Following other companies that decided to try to implement ( and successfully did so) a 100% online solution in sectors which historically had always had physical form (real estate agencies, insurance companies, electricity companies…) we asked ourselves why not try to do the same in the human resources sector.
